The Summer Issue of Goldenseal is to have an article on the Rainelle Airport. Don't know who the author is. And if you like to really fly, they will also have an article on Moonshining. I enjoy this periodical as its focus is more on the people of the state and how they live. In case you're not familiar with Goldenseal, check out their website at
www.wvculture.org/goldenseal or write them at Goldenseal,
The Cultural Center
1900 Kanawha Blvd East
Charleston, WV 25305-0300

Annual subscriptions cost $17. Enjoy!

Goldenseal is indeed a great asset of WV. The articles are not fluff and tell the true stories of our great state, from living and working in coal mining communities to the golden delicious apple having it's beginning in the Clay area. It's nice to hear that our area will be one of the upcoming articles.
